I am struggling to finish my Law Essay on defamation in England and Wales.
I can’t find the proper references to cases such as Gecas v STV, Neeson v Sunday Life, Major v New Stateman, Gowrie v Star… not even on lexis, and the core book given by uni is pretty crap to…
All this is pretty annoying as they are the last few incomplete details of my essay.. but until I’ve found the correct way to reference them, I can’t hand my essay in!
I was surfing the net, trying to get some extra help and here’s what I found Almax. This site is really good and it’s got a whole section on developments on important cases with regard to libel action!

Court Service is really good too. You can find summaries of the proceedings and an explanation of how the judges reach their conclusions.

There’s a book in the library, called Defamation, cases and practice or something like that. It has a really good list of cases.
