For some reason, I’m re-descovering River Phoenix… He popped back into my mind during the w’end and I’ve frantically been reading articles, memories and blogs about one of my favourite actors… It’s so strange, how coincidences are so often recurring in life, and in thi precise moment, after having heard the new from back home, I’ve found this lyrics written by him…

I think it’s a very beautiful song but a sad one. He seemed like a man with very much emotions and alots of thoughts. He was probably very smart and also loved his fans. But there was maybe a reason why he fell. We maybe will never know what was the real reason but he’s probably happy now and find his way. And we all will love him for what he was and will always be. It’s good to see that so much people adored him and STILL adore him.(like I do and will always). I think he didn’t feel good mentally and I really know how it feels and it’s really hard and painful. Because sometimes I get feelings that I can’t control and I’ve been heart broken many times. I think most of the people in the world has a broken heart and it takes time to heal it. And I think it was that he had – a broken heart. Of something we don’t really know why. Maybe we will figure it out someday or maybe not. But I don’t think it’s a problem we should go and think about. But he was so talented. He was a good singer in his band alekas attic and a good actor. And he seemed like a very loving and kind man who respect people. And I can tell that he loved animals because he was a vegatarian. But the years has past now and most of the people have moved on but I know that no one will forget him and they will see him on the other side.

he probably had that downfall because when he was a child his parents were involved in some cult called “Children of God” and i think he was molested numerous times from when he was 4 until he was 10
I like the name River Phoenix and the actor. There are times that his name suddenly comes to my mind. His face is always mysterious to me as his characters he portrayed in the movies. He is a very good actor and his presence is really enigmatic.
I just discovered river and adore him. To lose such a person. His thoughts are deep. Must be why we lost him. Hes a great actor, my only thought was why he left so soon with a promise for success.

you dont know him dont act like you ever will, you waste your time writing these stupid comments so that the whole world can read them “its such a loss” you say! YOU DONT KNOW WHAT HE DID, WHAT HE WAS LIKE WHO HE WAS CLOSE TO. you know nothing and yet you think becasue youve googled him and seen his photos and read his biography that you know river. maybe you should try talking to someone who acctually lived with him, who tought him things…who loved him.
